  • Wash & disinfect toilet bowls and urinals / basins
  • Wash, disinfect and dry polish toilet seats
  • Damp dust and dry polish plated metalwork & taps
  • Damp dust driers, pipes and sanitory disposals etc
  • Replenish toilet rolls, soap and towels
  • Dry polish mirrors

 

Price 

One-off cleaning 150 Czk per hour
Regular cleaning 0,4 - 0,7 Czk per m2

 

 

Residential Common Areas Cleaning includes:

 

  • Clean woodwork, fixtures and fittings.
  • Cleaning and if necessary maintaining all skirting boards.
  • Clean communal furnishings.
  • Polish all wood and door furniture.
  • Clean window frames where necessary and mirrors.
  • Wash all hard flooring.
  • Cleaning of communal toilets and kitchens if necessary.
  • Lift area (where appropriate) including the lift doors, lift floor and control panels.
  • Clean front door and external approach.
  • Remove all junk mail and any loose rubbish.
  • Dust cobwebs.

 

Price

One-off cleaning - 150 Czk per hour
Regularity Terms of Contract Price
Once a week month contract  140 Czk per hour
Twice a week 2 month contract 135 Czk per hour
Once a week 6 month contract 130 Czk per hour
Twice a week year contract 125 Czk per hour
